8/11/2023 0 Comments Hobby lobby custom framing![]() ![]() We had the items untouched, the original bag, and the receipt. Pull video, what kind of crap is that, I had the receipt and all items untouched still in the same bag, minus the handbag.Įven though we told them we were told to bring back the items that went on sale, untouched, we were refused service.įelt like we were profiled, why would video need to be pulled in the first place?. We were basically told "since you didn't buy it here, we can't pull video to see what you bought. We were told by a cashier that we could not get a price difference because we failed to bring one item back on the receipt, a handbag that we know wasn't on sale. We ended up going to the Hobby Lobby in Georgetown since we live there. The cashier told us we could bring back the items that went on sale for a price difference, this was the Round Rock store. Made a large purchase on Saturday only to find out most of the items went on sale the next day, Sunday. I can't imagine what their problem is.unless it is terrifically low morale at corporate and no one cares at all what happens to the company. This is one big reason why the satisfaction level is so low at HL. There is NO REASON ON EARTH that Hobby Lobby couldn't do the same thing. It would be SO EASY to have one line that feeds into all three counters like Marshall's, Kohl's, Joann, Michael's and other stores that have made check-out an easy process. Sometimes opening a second line results in people jockeying for position in the new line.not a pleasant sight. Whether this is true or not, I don't know, but it doesn't address the central issue of a poor check-out process. Also, there are usually two or three check-out counters with only one of them in use, and if the lines get extremely long, which they always do, a poor overworked store manager who is doubtless not allowed to improve the check-out process, will call for an employee to open a second check-out line, always giving the excuse that they are short-staffed. Why, oh why are there long check-out lines at ONE overworked check-out person?.and most of them are so professional and courteous despite the poor management or corporate planning. Lord knows we can all use more kindness for each other for a more pleasurable experience. I hope the upper management cares and decides to put forth an effort in making hobby lobby a better place to shop. I thought hobby lobby was a sort of religious attitude kind of store but it sure doesn't seem that way. ![]() The shopping experience should be enjoyable but the atmosphere is negative The employee behavior sets a negative energy and the environment perpetrated by the employees set a bad example for most people shopping in the store. ![]() I like shopping there and happy we have a hobby lobby in our small town but the employees need extensive training especially when it comes to being polite and respectful to their customers that are making purchases. I wonder who is responsible for putting merchandise on the shelves. Ask her where something is and she has trouble telling you where it is as well. The manager doesn't know very much either and seems to ignore the associate's unfriendly attitudes, she mostly just stands by the door and if you're lucky she may acknowledge you. They even argue with customers when the customers are right. At the registers many times they ring up the wrong prices so be sure you watch them closely. The lack of customer service is deplorable and the associates don't know what they have or where inside the store products are located. The Hobby Lobby store located in Palm Coast FL has terrible customer service. ![]()
